Under Article 13(2)(b) of the GDPR, everyone has the right to access, rectify or erase their personal data, or to restrict the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability. All such requests must be accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document, signed by you and stating the address at which you can be contacted. You will receive a response to your request within one month of submitting it. Depending on the complexity of the requests and the number of requests, this period may be extended by two months if necessary.

In the event that a visitor is suspected of breaching any law or regulation and the authorities require personal data collected by the controller, such data will be provided to them following an explicit and reasoned request from those authorities, whereupon such personal data will no longer be protected by the provisions of this privacy statement.
